Yes, OnTrack is available as a desktop software that can be installed on both Windows and Mac OS computers.
Yes, OnTrack works both online and offline. Any sales made offline sync automatically when you reconnect.
You only need an Android smartphone or tablet to operate the OnTrack App for your store. You can access OnTrack Backoffice by logging in from any type of browser -- both on your mobile and desktop. We provide a range of hardware options .
We have a free basic plan you can start with, you can upgrade anytime. There is also a monthly or annual subscription for you to choose, starting from NGN999 per month for annual subscription.
Yea! On the annual plan, we offer 15% discount.
No! You pay no commission for in-person or online sales. For online payments, there is only the card transaction processing fee.
Yea! We don't work with contracts. You can cancel at any time without any difficulty. If you've paid for the entire year, but you want to cancel before the 12 months are up, don't worry. We refund unused months (with the exception of the Prime plan).
